Submitting an Order
1. How Do I place an order?
- Adding to Cart: Click on the 'Add to Cart’ button that has been provided below the gift item that you want to order. On making a click, Shopping Cart be opened where you can see the details of order(s) and Upgrade your orders. If you want to Continue shopping click to Continue shopping tab and choose some more gifts to order.
Once your order is finalized and added to cart you click on ‘Check Out’ on upper right corner of the page.
- Check Out As Guest: You can check out as a Guest if you are not Registered Member. Select Check out as a Guest & Click on Continue…
- Check Out by Registering/Logging in: As a Registered Member you can see list of all your past Purchases with details. If you are a member you can check out by clicking ‘Log in’ OR you can register by choosing ‘Register’. Click on Continue…
- On clicking Continue, you will reach the Billing Information page where you need to fill up all required fields mentioned. If the Shipping address is same Continue, if not, select Ship to Different Address and fill up the desired delivery Address of your beloved.
- You are, now on the page where you can choose the date of delivery of the gift.
- Now, you are through with every details and you just have to choose the Payment Option of CC Avenue or CCNow whichever is applicable and click on continue. You will now be able to see the Full details of your Order. After reviewing the details you can Click on Place Order!
2. How do I know that my order has been received by you?
All orders received will be confirmed by return e-mail by us (ccavenue.com sends an order conformation mail on behalf of Flower Plaza). If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of submitting the order, please contact us at +91 98861 38863 or e-mail us at email@example.com.In the subject line of all such e-mails, kindly mention 'Confirmation Awaited'.
For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.
Confirmed orders (through e-mail by us) shall be executed according to (or as close to as possible) your requirements (See Terms).
3. Can a Greeting card be sent along with the gift?
Gifts are sent along with a Greeting Card. Just type in your message while placing your order and we print your message to tag along with your gift.
4. Can I specify, date and time for delivery of my gift?
Yes. Also, it is desirable to specify the desired delivery date while placing the order. We shall endeavor to have the order delivered at the nearest possible desired time. Our usual delivery hours are between 9 AM - 7 PM. You can also provide us with special instructions, if any, for your order.

Yes, please send an email with your requirements to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line of all such e-mails, kindly mention 'Customized Order'.

The credit card information that is provided by you on the site is used only for getting the authorization code from your bank. Your Credit Card information is NOT stored anywhere in our system.
You provide your credit/ debit card information directly to your bank through our payment gateway. Hence, your credit/debit card information is not shared with the merchant.
3. How will I be charged?
Although, prices mentioned on our site are in US dollars and India Rupees, you will be charged in your local currency equivalent to the Rupee value only. The equivalent amount will be automatically calculated as per the prevailing bank rates.
1. What are the terms of the delivery service?
We deliver to:
- • All identified A cities in 'Locations' section on same day.
- • All identified B cities in 'Locations' section within 1-3 business days.
- • In all other towns and cities within 3 working days. However, it may not be possible to deliver perishable items like cakes, flowers and sweets in these towns and cities.
If desired delivery date for the gift item is not specified by you in the order form then your order shall be delivered within 1 business day to Class 'A' cities and 3 Business days to class 'B' cities.
For festive occasions, we would suggest you to place your orders 3-4 days in advance.
2. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?
There are no hidden charges. The listed price for the product is inclusive of all charges like packaging, shipping, handling, delivery and any taxes.
3. How to know whether my order is delivered or not?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hrs of delivery of order from us.
4. What about Privacy of information provided by me?
Your name, address, email information is not shared with anyone else. However, we occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special offers/ reminders. However, you can choose not to receive such mails.
